Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were in excellent condition, super quiet, clean, and the breakfast selection was fantastic. However, it can get a bit noisy at night while sleeping.
The hotel provides a nice and comfortable stay with spacious rooms that can accommodate 4 guests and the corner room exceeded our expectations. The service made us feel at home and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is above average with easy access to transportation and shopping options. Despite the average dining experience, the hotel is not vegetarian-friendly and lacks room service. Nonetheless, the facilities are satisfactory for a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was really nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I loved the Seaview. The only downside was that the room needed some maintenance with scrap and drop sheets around.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the cleaning service by 祝秀英 was exceptional. The location was perfect, close to transit, with beautiful sea views and easy access to restaurants and shops. The dining experience was a bit lacking in variety, but the international food selection was enjoyable. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel offers spacious rooms at a nice price, with a great selection for breakfast. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Coco for accommodating various needs, but the staff seemed shorthanded and at times not attentive. The location is convenient for transit and shopping, although designed more for tour groups than families or business guests. The dining experience was excellent but quite pricey, catering heavily to mainland Chinese tastes. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks.
The hotel offers rooms in excellent condition, super quiet, and absolutely clean. However, the low level rooms come with a blockage of the harbor view and the absence of a luggage storage room. The service is top-notch with helpful and friendly staff, including the supervisor Ms. Going out of their way to ensure guests' comfort, especially reception staff Jenny. The location is convenient, easily accessible by public transport, and surrounded by shopping malls, offering bonus late check-out and proximity to an old part of Tsuen Wan with authentic restaurants. The dining experience is excellent, but can be a bit pricey for some, especially during breakfast. Overall, a great stay for those who value a convenient location with great variety and amenities, though dining costs may add up.
The hotel has spacious rooms with a standalone bathtub and a wood panel walk-in wardrobe, and the service is outstanding except for a slight impoliteness issue. The location is ideal for accessing main spots in Hong Kong, and the dining experience is somewhat disappointing. Overall, a great value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was stunning, huge, and had an amazing view of the harbour. It quickly warmed up, and I loved that it was located on the executive floor. The service, overall, was exceptional despite some confusion caused by untimely delivery of info from the front desk. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the airport, bus terminal, and MTR station. The dining experience was not the best, with a standard buffet selection, but the Thai dishes were a highlight. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed during my stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were really beautiful and aesthetic, and the corner room upgrade made it even more spacious than expected. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and polite. The location was great, especially for those attending events at the expo. The dining experience offered many varieties with high standards. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few hiccups.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a great view and a quick warm-up feature, making it comfortable for a stay, although the room size could be slightly bigger. The location is convenient for shopping and transportation but somewhat distant from the city center.
I stayed in room 6604 with Harbour view, which was very spacious and had great views of HK island and part of Lantau Island. The hotel has a very large beam blocking some of the harbour view. The location is convenient, close to an MTR station and surrounded by shopping malls. The service from the supervisor, Ms., was excellent with a great attitude and cleaning duties. The dining experience during breakfast was average and could be improved. The hotel offers a 6 pm late check-out bonus. Unfortunately, there is no luggage storage room.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel on the 75th floor, perfect for relaxation with spectacular views. The room was spacious and worth the visit. However, service could be more responsive compared to other hotels.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with a comfortable room and a perfect Seaview. The service was a bit lacking at first but improved, especially thanks to Ms. 楊志英. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation. The dining experience was disappointing, but the included international food selection was a plus.
I had a great time at this hotel! The room was nice and comfortable, with a large and good harbor view. It was lovely and warm every day. The service was top-notch, especially from Simon Cheng and the reception staff, including the manager Miss Arden who greeted us with warm smiles and professional assistance. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation to explore Hong Kong. However, the dining options were not vegetarian-friendly and catered too much to mainland Chinese taste. The facilities were as good as one would like.
The hotel is located on the 75th floor, offering a perfect setting for relaxation with a great view. The room I stayed in had a double bed different from what I booked and was quite cold despite using extra clothes. Additionally, the WiFi came at an extra charge of $16, although the second room provided was slightly better and had a softer bed.
