The service is top-notch with helpful and friendly staff, including the supervisor Ms. Going out of their way to ensure guests' comfort, especially reception staff Jenny. The location is convenient, easily accessible by public transport, and surrounded by shopping malls, offering bonus late check-out and proximity to an old part of Tsuen Wan with authentic restaurants. The dining experience is excellent, but can be a bit pricey for some, especially during breakfast. Overall, a great stay for those who value a convenient location with great variety and amenities, though dining costs may add up.
